- Research and identify an office location: To begin, we’ll sit down with you to learn exactly what you’re looking for. Is there a certain zip code you want to be in? We take all of these factors into consideration when conducting an extensive real estate search.
From there, we’ll identify approximately 10 potential office locations and let you select your top five favorites. We’ll then tour each site until you’re confident you’ve found the right fit. Don’t worry: We thoroughly vet each commercial landlord to ensure they are experienced, reputable, and trustworthy. - Negotiate lease terms and pay office rent: After a decision is reached, we then enter lease negotiation. There are a variety of commercial lease types, so we’ll select an option that makes sense for your business. We’ll also sign the contract under Kestra PWS to remove your firm from the economic risk of committing to a long-term lease agreement. Most importantly, we’ll put down all necessary deposits and pay monthly rent on your behalf.
- Design and oversee office buildout: Now comes the fun part. We want each office space to reflect the unique style and culture of the team that inhabits it, which is why no two of our buildings look the same. We’ll work with you to customize your workspace down to every detail. Do you prefer a modern or traditional style? Glass or chrome? Tile or wood flooring? Once a design plan is in place, our skilled project management team will ensure all renovations are executed properly and efficiently.
The buildout period will take place while you’re with your current employer, so you can step directly out of the wirehouse and into your newly minted office. - Handle ongoing back-office management: Once your team is settled into your new space, we’ll take care of the perpetual back-office minutiae that comes with owning a business. Have a leaky pipe or a broken garbage disposal? Need a resupply of paper or pens? Give us a call and we’ll handle the rest.
